What does this mean for you? Well a challenge first and foremost! H.I.I.T is a total body work out with a focus on particular movements over time. How you will move is predominantly Boxing based, as for time we will keep track of this for you. Our philosophy is a safe full body workout, that delivers meaningful results for you. How about that 'intense' part you may ask? We always advocate going at your own pace, it is you challenging you each time to be better than last time.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring you, everything else we will take care of; Gloves, Mats and everything else you may need will be here for you to succeed. If you do wish to bring your own Gloves feel free, in time our store will be online for you to purchase Rise N Shine Boxing Fitness merchandise.

Do I need to be fit?
You need to be aware of your fitness level, click here for our online Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and if in doubt contact us via the contact page above on this site.

Will I see results?
Yes you will within a month with regular attendance, but like any regime its not just what you do in the class its what you do beyond it too that counts.
Ultimately you get what you put in!
